Terms and Conditions



Cash or credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Diners Club) is the standard accepted and agreed upon payment method.

A Credit card must be provided when placing reservation.A 20% discretionary gratuity* will be added to the base fare, wait time and any additional stops will be itemized on the customers billing statement when applicable.

OHIO Sales tax will be applied to fares on trips originating, remaining and concluding in Ohio. This tax is computed by using the tax rate for the jurisdiction where the service commenced.

Any additional charges will be itemized on the customer’s billing statement when applicable such as round trip tolls, parking, early morning surcharges and holiday surcharges. All rates are calculated in the local currency and billed in U.S. dollars at the prevailing exchange rate.


Reservation Agreement:

All deposits are NON refundable. All trips must be Paid in Full before pick up.
Late cancellation fee will be charged to all reservations if changed or cancelled within the minimum stated time and prior to the scheduled. 24 hour Cancellation notice required. (unless prearranged terms are agreed) A no show fee equal to the reservation rate plus gratuity

Additional Stops are $10.00 – $30.00 each, plus gratuity, depending on vehicle type.
Base rates do not include possible toll charges, event parking fees.

Waiting time shall begin 16 minutes beyond the scheduled pick-up time or after 16 minutes at any stop. Wait charges will then include the first 15 minutes. Wait time shall then be charged at the hourly rate of each vehicle, split into 15 minute increments. No wait time charges shall apply to airport arrivals with the exception of lost luggage or Customs / Immigration delays that exceed 30 minutes.
Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.
A fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is 300.00.
The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).
It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in .
Overtime pay will apply after the prearranged end time of contract.
Hourly Service will be charged by the hour from start to finish.
Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.).
Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Balances to be paid before the beginning of the run.
A vehicle of higher value may be substituted, in an emergency, at no additional cost to the client.
Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.


Tolls, parking and other surcharges not included in the estimate may also apply to the final price.

Rate Estimates
A rate estimate is the rate presented to you prior to your trip. This estimate is an initial estimate of the cost of service as reserved. Wait time, extra stops or additional services may change the final price.


Point to Point Transfers and “out of Area” ( over 30 miles from our Garage) will be Billed Garage-to-garage, charges are calculated by applying our applicable hourly rate beginning from the time the chauffeur departs the garage to begin service and continues through such time the chauffeur concludes service and returns to the garage. There is a minimum of thirty (30) minutes travel time each way for the reserved vehicle.


Hourly Rate is for a booking that is requested As Directed by the hour,
4 hours Minimum required , Wait and Return, and any Point to Point transfer incurring in more than a 100-Miles, chargeable on a garage to garage basis with a minimum of 2 Hours when Travel In Town or 3 Hours When travel Out Of Town. This includes Sedans,Suvs, Vans,Stretch Limos and Buses.


Fixed Rate is for trips originally booked as an Airport Arrival, Airport Departure.
There is a flat rate for all Airports transfers.
In Continental United States: The actual travel per mile distance between Pick-Up and Drop-Off Location.
In Other Countries and destinations: After All Charges from our affiliate overseas are converted to US Dollars (USD) the final bill will reflect those charges as Base, Gratuity, STC, Toll, Parking, and Extras.
Extra Stops: Each time the driver is instructed to stop the car with the purpose of picking or dropping a passenger, luggage or any other good an Extra Stop fee is charged. The additional travel distance will be added to the base price and the waiting time after the grace period finish.


A special $25 per-ride surcharge will be applied on the 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Day, and New Year’s Eve and Day. In addition, 30% gratuity will be applied to all fares to compensate our driver’s for taking time from their families. All airport pick-ups will be inside by baggage claim during these times.
